Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Corporate Receptionist to join our team at LAH Property Marketing. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reception Management
    • Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming ambiance.
    • Meet, greet, and register all visitors to the building, providing exceptional customer service.
    • Efficiently manage deliveries, including couriers and post.
    • Perform general administrative tasks as required.
  • Building Management
    • Establish yourself as the primary point of contact for building-related queries and issues.
    • Work closely with the off-site Building Manager to report and resolve building issues.
    • Manage contractors visiting the building for regular maintenance, issuing keys as required, and updating the maintenance log.
    • Collaborate with security and contractors to maintain high standards of front-of-house procedures.
    • Produce and submit a weekly report on activity.
    • Research and produce a monthly e-newsletter to update tenants on initiatives and encourage participation.
    Requirements
    • Proven experience in a front-of-house reception role, with a desire for a new challenge.
    • Familiarity with facilities management (desirable).
    • Personable and proactive, with a confident manner and excellent customer service skills.
    • Self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent problem-resolution skills, with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn in-house systems and processes.
