Job Description

A great opportunity to join a high-growth, branded Consumer Goods company as a Maternity Cover Shopper Marketing Manager. The company is a leader in the UK grocery channel, known for its innovative approach to healthy food and its commitment to year-on-year growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth plans with Top4 Grocery retailers using a creative and strategic approach.
  • Work closely with the commercial and brand teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Develop and implement effective Shopper Marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in FMCG Shopper Marketing or Brand Activation.
  • Previous experience working with retail media.
  • Strong e-commerce and digital understanding, with solid analysis skills.
  • Excellent project management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to make a real difference to the company.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Degree educated.
