Role:
  • Monitor the quality of enforcement operations and handle complaints to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes for enforcement activities.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints from clients and stakeholders professionally.
  • Develop and implement quality control protocols and best practices.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of enforcement cases to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and complaint resolutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to enforcement agents and wider business.
  • Liaise with clients to gather feedback and ensure concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
  • Liaise with other internal departments/stakeholders and relevant external organizations.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in complaints handling or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or complaints handling.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite.
