Due to growth and expansion, our prestige client based in Stone are currently looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join our team, supporting to quality control aspects of the business on a permanent basis.

The client specialise in the design and manufacture of expansion bellows and complete piping systems for various industries including aerospace, nuclear, military, power generation, automotive.

**Main tasks for the Quality Inspector will indcude**:

- Overseeing the inspection, testing and quality control of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Visual inspection of welds and dimensional checks in accordance with technical drawings, customer

requirements and quality standards.
- Assessment of non-conformances, including root cause analysis and preparing of 8D reports for review by the Quality Manager.
- Signing off certificate packs for non-CE marked products.
- Assisting with quality-related audit requirements.

**Required Skills**:

- Effective organisation and coordination skills.
- Familiar with industry requirements and general business processes.
- Reliable and enthusiastic with a versatile and solution-orientated approach to tasks and objectives.
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Motivated with good attention to detail.
- Able to plan against deadlines and manage a varied workload.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

**Education & Experience**
- GCSE’s
- Technical/Engineering qualification.
- NDT training/experience (preferred but not essential).
- Experience with a coordinate measuring machine - CMM (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with conformity assessments and working with notified bodies (NoBo).

**Job Type & Benefits**
- Full-time / Permanent - Monday to Friday - 40 Hours per week
