Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled level-two IT support professional to become part of a compact, dedicated team responsible for assisting over 400 engineering and support personnel. This position is based at Capula's main office.
The ideal candidate will take an active role in managing our support operations, which includes assigning tasks to front-office staff for prompt resolution, addressing tickets directly when capable, and collaborating with senior engineers as necessary. You will be accountable for upholding our service level agreements and ensuring the maintenance of our exemplary standards.
Qualifications
- Relevant higher education in computer science or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience in a helpdesk environment, including ticket triage and escalation.
- Solid understanding of networking tools, antivirus solutions, and security software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
- ITIL compliance training or experience working within an ITIL framework is preferred.

- Microsoft Windows Server, SharePoint, Office 365, VMWare.
- Dell hardware, Apple mobile devices.
- Clients utilizing Microsoft Windows 11 & 10, along with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Project, and AutoCAD.
