This position is vital in ensuring that our services adhere to the highest standards and that client concerns are addressed swiftly and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


As a Quality Assurance and Complaints Specialist, your primary duties will include monitoring the quality of our enforcement operations and managing complaints to guarantee client satisfaction and compliance with industry regulations. You will be instrumental in upholding our reputation for excellence and fostering continuous improvement.

In this role, you will also:

  • Oversee quality assurance processes for enforcement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Investigate and resolve client and stakeholder complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Develop and implement quality control protocols and best practices to improve service delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of enforcement cases to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on quality performance and complaint resolutions.
  • Provide training and support to enforcement agents and the broader business in collaboration with the Senior Operations Manager following audits.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and ensure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and relevant external organizations to ensure thorough resolution of issues.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry developments to maintain compliance and implement best practices.

Qualifications:


To excel as a Quality Assurance and Complaints Specialist, you should possess significant experience in complaints handling, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity.


Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or complaints management.
  • Knowledge of enforcement laws, regulations, and quality standards is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and demonstrate emotional intelligence.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adhere to processes while working reactively and flexibly under pressure.
  • A resilient attitude and a willingness to accept constructive feedback.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining superior standards.
  • The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
