Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our customer focused friendly team. Our Customer Service Specialists work 37.5 hours a week between 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, Saturday 9am – 5pm (Rota'd). As part of our team, you will have dedicated personal training from our employees to help you settle into your role. This will provide you with the foundations needed to help you with your day to-day tasks which involves taking customer phone calls, e-mails, placing orders, and resolving customer issues. Experience is beneficial to the role, however a willingness to learn, good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team will go a long way. This is an initial 6 month contract with a view to be extended.

About the role:
  • Inbound Customer Service contact via phone and email.
  • Outbound task such as providing customer updates.
  • Helping customer place orders over the phone.
  • Administration work, including data input of customer information and products.
  • Ad hoc tasks to help with our business need.
A Few Things About You:
  • You've got a can-do attitude and are keen to leave customers with a positive experience.
  • You've got great listening and communication skills including a friendly telephone manner and you care about customers wanting to solve problems efficiently.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You have good organisation skills.
  • You can manage your time effectively.
