Are you passionate about connecting the best talent with exciting opportunities? Join our team as a Senior Recruiter on a minimum 15-month FTC and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success.


As a Senior Recruiter, you'll be mainly aligned to the UK and Ireland Supply Chain function to ensure exceptional service and partnership is delivered.


You will drive the full recruitment process for roles of all levels from early careers to senior management, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

ll get the chance to be part of a global COE (Centre of Excellence) TA team in the strive to deliver high-quality experiences for both internal stakeholders and, importantly, our candidates.


Based in Media City, future opportunities can include a potential permanent position, progression within our teams, and branching into other areas of the business.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers/Stakeholders –


Effective business partnering with stakeholders, offering market insights, and bringing a 'consultant' approach will be a key enabler to your success.

Holding quality intake meetings to allow you to build an engaging job advert to take to market and help create an impactful sourcing strategy.


  • Strategic Talent Sourcing –
Leverage direct sourcing tools and technology to curate high-quality candidate shortlists, actively pipelining for the roles in scope i.e. Using SuccessFactors, Avature CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Out platforms.

  • Experience
–

Delivering a positive candidate and manager experience throughout the recruitment process is critical.

Efficiency in communication to ensure updates are consistent and regular

bringing the manager on the journey with you.

  • Mission Contribution

Sell, close, and manage expectations of candidates, hiring managers, and HR Partners.

Effective execution, quality, and timeliness of all deliverables (Job postings, updates to CRM

–

customer relationship management system and our ATS - applicant tracking system, Internal and external communications).

  • Data and Insights
  • Leverage internal and external data to make objective recommendations that lead to the best talenthiring decisions. Supporting your conversations by using data to tell the story and help drive next steps.
We're Looking for Someone With

  • Full cycle recruitment expertise, from direct sourcing to offer presentation (either in house, agency or RPO).
  • Experience in building effective partnerships/relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
  • The ability to develop a sourcing strategy, with a passion for proactive researching and identifying top talent candidates through effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  • A flexible and change embracing mindset with a fast paced approach to recruitment.
