Job Summary

Hays Senior Finance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit & Accounts Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for planning and leading audits for a variety of businesses in your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead audits for clients across various industries
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members on site and in the office
  • Prepare accounts for non-audit clients and serve as the primary point of contact for clients across both Accounts and Audit
  • Collaborate with the wider audit team on larger, more complex multinational audit engagements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in planning and leading audits within general practice
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Commercially minded individual with a strong understanding of financial services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
