A fantastic opportunity to join a leading cosmetics retailer in the Oxford, Weston Super Mare, Bristol, Newbury, Bath, Swindon areas.

This is a growing business selling lovely cosmetics products that is passionate about service and the customer experience.

This role will have full P&L accountability of the area making commercial decisions to drive success.

A successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and an inspirational leader who will bring out the strengths in others and give them the encouragement to succeed.

We are searching for a strong operator who can manage your time effectively and work remotely. A passion for cosmetics and an ability to demonstrate makeup application is a must.


Our client is looking for a passionate, driven and dynamic multi-site or area manager who will thrive in an environment of ideas and innovation.

You will be working in a commercial KPI driven environment and have at least 3 years in a multi-site manager role in retail.

This role will give you the freedom to focus on building the profitability of the business at this exciting time in their history, through the people and the brand and allow you excellent opportunities for future career progression.


You will receive a competitive salary of £39,000 and benefits including travel allowance or car, generous product allowance and 10% bonus.
