This role is field-based, requiring travel to customer locations, and candidates should reside within a reasonable distance from the Grimsby area. A valid Full UK driving license is essential for all applicants.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve the business's KPIs across Key Accounts, Wholesale, and Independent Retailers Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and shopper behavior Collaborate with up to 300 retail Key Accounts, Independent and Wholesale outlets in your territory, fostering strong relationships through various Key Accounts Operations Teams and key contacts within wholesalers, engaging in meaningful discussions to introduce new products that align with customer needs Promote customer loyalty for our brands by educating retailers on market trends and industry regulations Meet sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage objectives within your designated area, ensuring optimal utilization of trade incentives and activities Identify new business prospects by enhancing your knowledge of the category and shopper behavior in-storeRequired Skills & Experience
Candidates should ideally possess relevant experience in a similar capacity or demonstrate a strong aptitude for the role. Additionally, candidates should exhibit:
