Description
The key responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant will include:
Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reportsManaging Accounts Payable and Receivable processesSupporting budget and forecast activities
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards
Completing bank reconciliations
Assisting with internal and external audits
Processing invoices and expense reports
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:Previous working experience in an Accounts environmentA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proficiency in financial software applications
A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A proactive approach to problem-solving
