Position Overview

Ralph Lauren We are looking for a talented Store Manager to join our brand new womenswear concession in Harrods. By embracing our Winning Culture and consistently meeting the business sales objectives. Delivering the 5 key steps of service to Create, Connect, Convert, Confirm, Continue in store and via our digital platforms.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Directly responsible for the sales and KPI performance in store
  • Generate meaningful revenue to achieve profitable and sustainable growth through inspiring the team to consistently deliver an exceptional, memorable customer experience.
  • Partner with the Regional Manager to develop sales strategies, operating budgets and monitor performance.
  • Effectively communicate and implement the retail store strategy and initiatives that support the RL business vision
  • Partner with the Regional Clienteling Manager to support the execution of key strategic focuses in retention, acquisition, trading across and VIC experiences
  • Foster and cultivate relationships with Personal Shoppers and Stylists
  • Acquire and retain a talented sales team that are empowered, engaged and motivated to achieve outstanding results
  • Coach and mentor direct reports to achieve optimal results including succession planning for current and future positions
  • Conduct performance reviews and agreeing Personal Development Plans to support retention
  • Communicate clear sales and service goals and expectations to sales team, providing coaching, training and constructive feedback on a regular basis
  • Monitor all processes, standards and work with Operations Manager to ensure successful implementation
  • Using business reports, profiling and space analysis information effectively to drive results
  • Managing the store environment to ensure it represents the brand, complies with creative and product presentation
  • Establishing and maintaining an effective replenishment processes in line with store requirements
  • Oversee merchandise install directives and ensure standards are effectively maintained
  • Maintaining Work force management schedules to report attendance, sickness and absence of team members
Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Demonstrate successfully leading teams in the Luxury sector 2 strategic cycles in this field
  • To have an in-depth knowledge of the Luxury market including competitor activity
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A desire to build relationships, promote team work and develop people
  • Organizational skills and great eye for details
  • Client centric, building long term relationships with our international and multicultural clientele
  • High level of analytical and reporting skill
  • Interest and expertise in womenswear fashion
  • Exhibits pride through a positive demeanour, body language, personal presentation and dress standards in line with the Ralph Lauren expectations
