You will develop and take ownership of your regional business strategy, engaging your team by communicating commercial and financial objectives, working efficiently, and reinforcing essential messages to ensure collective commitment to these goals.
Your role will also involve nurturing future leaders through coaching, support, and development of your store teams, inspiring Store Managers to adopt a similar approach.

Candidate Profile:
While experience in the optical sector is not a prerequisite, a background in fast-paced retail service environments at a comparable level is essential.
