Overview:

Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with a rapidly expanding provider of therapy-driven support for children across the UK. They have been established for nearly 20 years, and have built up a large portfolio of residential children's homes, supported accommodation services and specialist education settings; numbering over 50 services in total.

Our client is seeking a Head of Psychology to drive their unique therapeutic model, and line manage and clinically supervise a team of Psychologists within their children's residential homes, while maintaining their own small caseload and shaping the psychology department in their own image.

Location:

Hybrid remote (typically WFH 2 days per week) with National travel. Hotel accommodation is provided when necessary, as well as mileage allowances.

Criteria:

HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist

Clinical supervision and line management experience

Shift Pattern:

As the Head of Psychology, you will work ideally full-time, Mon – Fri, 37.5 hours per week.

Interview Process:

This will be a two-stage process, as follows:

1st Stage – informal introductory virtual meeting

2nd stage – formal interview

Salary and Benefits:

This Head of Psychology position pays up to £75,000 per annum (Band 8c) + mileage allowance, and includes an industry-leading benefit package as follows:
