Regional Clinical Therapy Supervisor

Shire Healthcare is seeking a Regional Clinical Therapy Supervisor to oversee services for children and adolescents in various care environments, including residential facilities, educational institutions, and supported living arrangements. This position entails leading a team of clinicians, managing intricate cases, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in evaluating contracts, fostering organizational development, providing training for staff members, and delivering clinical oversight to therapists within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Psychologists with HCPC, Senior Psychological Therapists with accreditation, or Social Care Service Managers
  • Proven experience working with children and adolescents
