About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Brainkind, a charity dedicated to improving the lives of people with brain injuries in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic professional and clinical leadership to the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust through the Clinical Executive.
  • Develop and implement policy for the service, ensuring high-quality and current best practice.
  • Provide clinical services at a high level of expertise, supporting and advising colleagues on neuropsychological clinical practice.
  • Lead the multidisciplinary team and support worker staff within the service and other related BIRT services in the region.

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology accredited by the BPS.
  • Registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
  • Experience of working as a consultant or extensive experience working as a Principal Clinical Psychologist in a relevant setting.
  • Knowledge of legislation and its implications for clinical practice and professional management.
