About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team of psychologists in the Neurodevelopmental Pathway, Children and Families Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering clinical services to children and families, working closely with other professionals to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for children with neurodevelopmental differences
  • Provide individual and group-based therapy sessions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers, social workers, and healthcare providers, to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of children and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Postgraduate Doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology, as accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS)
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly those with neurodevelopmental differences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care
