Your new role

Drafting job adverts, arranging interviews and managing offer letters.Ensure all Visa applications are conducted in accordance to regulations.Managing the administration of the full recruitment process.Ensure HR and Payroll data is kept accurate and up to date.Completing all payroll changes within deadlines.Planning and implementing new starter inductions.Managing employee relations casework relating to discipline, performance and other related issues.Improving processes and procedures and ensuring they are efficient and complied with.What you'll need to succeed Possession of Level 5 CIPD or equivalent experience.Discretion dealing with confidential matters.Experience in a similar role.Organised and able to prioritise work load.What you'll get in return
