Business & Sales Administrator required for a provider of telecom solutions based in Gloucester GL2 paying up to 30,000, working normal office hours

My client is looking for an experience Business & Sales Administrator who can act as a first point of contact for customers and suppliers, provide support for the sales team and who can track the process from quotation to despatch of orders.

As Business & Sales Administrator for our client your duties will involve the following:

dealing with incoming enquiries via phone and email

processing customer quotes / supplier orders and following up where necessary

maintaining customer and supplier database

analysing sales and purchasing reports

participate in meetings and record and store meeting notes

tracing of freight shipments

In order to be successful in this role of Business & Sales Administrator you will need the following skill set:

previous sales or purchasing admin experience

strong IT skills with knowledge of Sage 50 or Sage 200 being a distinct advantage

strong communication skills by verbally and in writing

ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining company standards
