Director of Service DeliveryContract - £1000+ Inside IR35Location: London, UKWe are seeking a highly experienced Director of Service Delivery to join our team at a leading British Retail Bank.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background inacting as a conduit between the business and outsourced delivery partners, with a particular focus on technology outsourcing within the banking sector.


Key Responsibilities:


Act as the primary point of contact between the business and outsourced delivery partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between all partiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of servicesProvide strategic direction and oversight for all service delivery operations, ensuring that service levels are met and exceededMonitor and manage the performance of outsourced partners to ensure quality of service and adherence to SLAsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies to optimize service delivery operationsStay abreast of industry trends and best practices in outsourcing within banking, providing expertise and guidance to the organizationQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in service delivery management, with a focus on outsourcing within the banking sectorStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsProven track record of successful service delivery and performance improvement initiativesExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBrookwood has a consultative and inclusive approach to business.
