We are currently recruiting a Revenue Manager for The BoTree, Marylebone Lane, London.

The role is hotel based and will work closely with the hotel's Sales team, you will be managing the reservation team of reservations and group agents and report to the Group Commercial Director,.

This job would suit someone with a keen interest in revenue management with prior experience of working in a high-end hotel operation.

The successful individual will have great analytical skills and technical aptitude. The candidate must have excellent communication and organisational skills with working knowledge of hotel and reservation systems. A proven track record of growing profits and controlling costs across an operation is essential.

The duties will include the delivery of all aspects of total revenue management to achieve the budgeted objectives (revenue, profit contribution and market share), whilst acting as the key liaison to ensure optimal delivery of total revenue.

You will be responsible for deploying strategic revenue management tactics including pricing, segment mix management, promotional products, room types control, length of stay and channel management.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly adapt to the changing market to ensure a positive revenue impact; creating and delivering attractive sales/promotion strategies to increase yield.

You should have exceptional communication skills and posses strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Opera Clous PMS, Duetto and SynXis to provide rolling forecasts and weekly and monthly reporting.
