KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborate closely with the General Manager, Sales, and Reservation teams.
- Develop annual budgets segmented by day and contribute to the sales and marketing strategy.
- Analyze data and reports to formulate effective revenue management strategies that outperform competitors.
- Optimize total revenue through strategic business mix and pricing adjustments.
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports as per management guidelines.
- Forecast daily demand for various market segments and provide insights to management.
- Manage overbooking strategies to enhance occupancy rates.
- Oversee the revenue management system and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to analyze market segmentation and distribution channel trends.
- Explore new distribution channels and technology partnerships to drive revenue.
- Mentor and develop the commercial team's technical skills.
- Proactively adjust strategies in response to market changes.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Highly organized with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Analytical and logical mindset with a focus on system optimization.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Resilient and driven to meet challenging objectives.
- Independent self-starter with a talent for identifying business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is necessary for this role.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A minimum of 3 years in a revenue management role at a comparable level.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with the global travel and accommodation market.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in various hospitality systems, including Property Management Systems and Revenue Management Systems.
