About the Company
RaizUp is a privately owned and operated group of aparthotels with properties in London, Manchester, Brighton, and soon to be York, Leeds, and Edinburgh. The company is dedicated to empowering travel brands by facilitating connections with talent in the fields of travel technology and hospitality.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing, executing, and reporting on the overall sales and revenue strategy for the group.
- Monitor in-depth market performance by using STR, Forward Star, and OTA Insights.
- Lead/support bi-weekly revenue calls with the wider commercial team and Area GM's.
- Responsible for managing OTA partners and accounts to improve content and rate performance.
- Comply with all relevant internal rules, policies, and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection, etc.
- Support the wider commercial team as required during peak periods.
Requirements
- GCSE English Language and Maths or equivalent.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS both front of house and configuration level.
- Knowledge of channel management software Siteminder, GDS Systems, and managing OTA Extranets.
