About the role

This is a key role within Order to Cash, working closely with Reckitt's Finance teams and ERP Business Process Owners to ensure the wider Reckitt business is engaged in the evolution of the end-to-end Order to Cash processes and associated transformation initiatives which will drive to a mature, efficient, well controlled process whilst also delivering improvement and productivity.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Support the Order to Cash, Head of Process in the development, standardisation, and transformation of the end-to-end Order to Cash process within Reckitt, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, in scope and in budget
  • Work with business stakeholders operating Invoice to Cash process elements to help them to understand the standard model and to defend the template against localised changes to processes
  • Own the process change agenda for OTC, focusing on Trade Spend Management as well as supporting Invoice to Cash (ITC) and Order to Invoice (OTI), ensuring that a robust control environment is maintained whilst improving global policies and SOPs
  • Support the delivery of the future technology enhancements proposed through the transformation Blueprinting agenda
  • Work with Reckitt's Global Sales team in supporting Trade spend management and the use of tools such as Siebel, Trade Spend Management (TSM) etc.
The experience we're looking for
  • SAP experience required in one or more of the key SAP O2C modules (FI / SD)
  • Demonstrable solid knowledge of the end-to-end order to cash process, with a particular focus on the Trade Spend Management
  • Experience of leading and managing change when new tool or process was introduced
  • Experience in developing and executing standard processes across a diverse organisation
  • Demonstrable ability to engage and manage different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through communication and presentation skills
