Position Overview

Location Slough - Marketing

Office-Based, with occasional travel across the UK.

At KP Snacks, we are seeking a Project Management Specialist to oversee various marketing initiatives. If you are looking for a role where your contributions are valued and your professional development is prioritized, this could be an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scopes, establish comprehensive timelines, and conduct risk assessments while adhering to standardized documentation and processes. Manage all master data setup, Acorn configurations, and artwork briefs.
  • Take ownership of the Acorn and Finished Goods form processes, continuously seeking improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with the Intersnack Imagine Stage & Gate process at both UK and Group levels, collaborating with marketing project owners to produce high-quality Gate documents.
  • Facilitate Material Change Meetings (MCM) with various sites.
  • Identify and implement enhancements in processes, systems, documentation, and operational methodologies to improve the overall product-to-market strategy.
