Role: Project Manager

Location: Slough - Marketing

Work Arrangement: Office Based, with occasional travel across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, establish detailed timelines, and conduct risk assessments in accordance with standardized documentation and processes. Manage all master data setup, Acorn setup, and artwork briefs.
  • Take ownership of the Acorn and Finished Goods form process, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with the Intersnack Imagine Stage & Gate process at both UK and Group levels. Collaborate with the Marketing project owner to produce high-quality Gate documents for meetings.
  • Lead Material Change Meetings (MCM) in collaboration with various sites.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to processes, systems, documentation, and ways of working to optimize the product-to-market journey.
