We are looking for a self-motivated Accounts Receivable/Payable Assistant to join our busy Finance team. This will be a 12 month contract initially and will help with day to day tasks within the department, such as the processing and posting of various transactions, resolve discrepancies and support with account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Process self-bill invoices and post to key accounts
  • Help to resolve any discrepancies or disputes regarding customer payments/invoices
  • Help to reconcile accounts
  • Process invoices into customer portals for payment
  • Create new customers/vendors in the financial system
  • Review, verify and enter invoices onto the system
  • Chase up invoices for approval to pay
  • Reconcile AP transactions
