Are you a meticulous and AAT certified Financial Operations Assistant? If so, we invite you to explore this opportunity to become a vital part of our team.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Management Accountant, primarily focusing on the preparation of precise and timely financial data, including monthly journals, accruals, and pre-payments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and distribution of monthly departmental financial reports
  • Reviewing departmental expenditures with budget holders
  • Preparation of accounts for e-commerce and retail sectors
  • Posting and reconciling cash transactions
  • Conducting monthly cashbook reconciliations
  • Supporting the compilation of weekly KPI reports
  • Preparing manual revenue adjustments, such as cash discounts
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly control accounts
  • Ensuring timely coding and logging of purchase invoices
  • Processing and posting of labor reports

Additionally, you will assist the Accounts Receivable team on a weekly basis with invoicing, credits, and cash allocation. This diverse position requires advanced Excel skills, effective time management, and prior experience in a similar capacity.

To be successful, you must be fully AAT qualified.
