About the Role:

Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our client's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance: Ensure all financial operations are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Depot Management: Oversee the management of various depots across the country, working closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Shift Allocation: Allocate shifts for candidates on a weekly basis, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of financial operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.
  • Experience: While experience in this role is not essential, it is desirable.
