OSI Systems, Inc. is in search of a Customer Service Operations Coordinator to be part of our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer relationships and supporting our Service Engineers and regional management.

As a leading provider of advanced security technologies, we are committed to delivering top-tier cargo and vehicle screening solutions globally. Your contributions will be essential in our mission to assist clients in addressing critical security challenges.

The Coordinator will be responsible for managing various tasks within the Cargo Services Department, ensuring all customer needs are met effectively. This position may involve occasional travel to foster relationships with clients and collaborate with the field team. The role requires meticulous updates and processing to ensure all financial responsibilities are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities

Address all inquiries from customers and Field Engineers regarding system support and repairs. Manage financial processes, including billing and invoicing for services and spare parts, as well as tracking inventory. Oversee the maintenance schedule, coordinating with customers and Field Service Engineers to meet contractual obligations. Provide quotes for service requests based on time and materials. Log and manage service requests, ensuring proper tracking and closure of all open calls. Order necessary parts for service and manage shipments, including international logistics. Collaborate closely with various departments, including sales, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations. Provide off-hours support as needed to accommodate different time zones. Ensure prompt responses to all inquiries from Field Managers and Engineers. Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in customer service or service desk environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Positive and proactive attitude. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
