Millbrook Primary School is seeking a friendly and organised individual to join our vibrant school office as an Administrator. In this fast-paced role, you'll provide exceptional administrative support to our staff, pupils, parents, and external agencies. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment, tackling a diverse range of tasks with a positive and can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a busy front desk, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries.Provide comprehensive administrative support to teachers and school leadership.Maintain accurate student records and manage school databases.Oversee administrative tasks like photocopying, printing, and filing.Contribute to the smooth running of the school office, ensuring efficient daily operations.Provide excellent customer service to parents, pupils, staff, and external contacts.Responsible for allocated administrative functions.You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:Experience in an administrative role.A good general standard of education including GCSE English and Maths to Grade C or equivalent.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A strong organisational mind with a meticulous attention to detail.The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).A passion for education and a commitment to supporting children's learning.We Offer:A friendly and supportive working environment.The opportunity to make a positive impact in a nurturing school community Millbrook Primary School & Nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share in this commitment.
