Position: Admin Assistant (Disrepair and Ombudsman)
Contract Duration: 9 Months

About Us: Join our client who are committed to ensuring quality and fairness in housing services. As a leader in the industry, they strive to uphold the highest standards in addressing housing disrepair issues and liaising with the Ombudsman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process disrepair claims, ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained.
  • Act as the main point of contact for communication with the Housing Ombudsman.
  • Maintain detailed records of all correspondence and case progress.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for case resolution.
  • Prepare and submit reports on case statuses and outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support to the disrepair team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a housing or legal context.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Experience dealing with disrepair cases and/or the Housing Ombudsman is highly desirable.
