We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Operational Service Manager to join our team at University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Directorate Management Senior Team in the efficient and effective operational management of resources within the Directorate/Service Line(s) to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Deputize for the Operational Services Managers as needed.
- Assist and lead Divisional projects, providing regular update reports on progress.
- Work with other Directorates/Divisions to achieve corporate objectives.
- Provide general administrative support to the Directorates, ensuring supporting services are delivered effectively.
