Fantastic permanent full-time position available for a Maintenance Admin Team member at Holiday Resort Unity

This position is based within our maintenance department working as part of a team to provide efficient and accurate admin support for the department.

Applicants for this role must be highly organised and have good computer skills and knowledge of Office and Excel.

Main duties of Maintenance Admin Assistant:

- Answering internal and external phone calls from our owners/suppliers and Resort departments.
- Allocation of jobs to the Maintenance team on site
- Accurate use of the Elite system for coding of jobs, invoicing.
- Filing, ordering maintenance supplies/securing best price and quality
- Producing and sending out accurate quotes for works for customers, once approved completing necessary processors.
- Maintaining and updating of records and spreadsheet.
- Typing of letters and General admin duties

Hours of work & Pay:

- 40 hours (5 days across all days of the week, including weekends)

Previous experience of working in the maintenance, hospitality or accommodation sector would be an advantage. Ability to work in high pressure environment
