Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced, hardworking, and enthusiastic Relief Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our manufacturing refinery plant. You will be joining our Security Team based at Bootle - Liverpool Docks

Your role will involve monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining detailed reports. You will need to be observant, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills. If you are committed to providing a secure environment and have a strong sense of responsibility, we would love to hear from you.

This is a Relief Position you need to be available to work 12hour straight shifts on both a mixture of Days & Nights and this can include weekends, there may also be the opportunity to work full weeks to cover sickness and annual leave

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Meet and greet visitors, staff and contractors and manage the gatehouse environment.
  • Weighbridge operator checks - check delivery paperwork and record the weight of lorries arriving and leaving the site
  • Liaison with local authorities including police, emergency healthcare services or even fire extinguishers in case of an emergency
  • Take accurate notes to complete reports, logbook entries and all relevant paperwork to a high standard - including reporting in detail any incidents occurring whilst on duty
  • Operating telephone switchboard

Key requirements:

  • Valid SIA Front Line SG/DS Licence
  • 1 ST Aid at Work Cert preferred but not essential
  • Experience working a Weighbridge
  • Full 5-year UK checkable work history
  • You will need to evidence your honesty and reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service.
