The Role:

This entrepreneurial firm are looking to hire a Residential Property Conveyancing Post Completion Clerk in their London, City office.

You will deal with the post completion matters which will include:

Handling all client interactionsDealing with the Land Registry, Mortgage Lenders and other relevant partiesCompleting all applications to the Land RegistryYou will be:A Residential Property Conveyancing Post Completion Legal Assistant with a MINIMUM of 1 Year of relevant experienceAn excellent team playerHave good communication and interpersonal skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Conveyancing Post Completion Clerk to join this growing, entrepreneurial firm, based in the City of London.
