You'll be responsible for:

  • Supports the stakeholder & communications service performance on an assigned commission(s) under supervision and mentorship of more senior team member or project/programme management professional(s) assigned to that commission.
  • Assists with the effective implementation of stakeholder & communications service framework(s)/strategy(s) on assigned commission(s).
  • Develops building strong professional relationships with client/client representative(s).
  • Supports with the duties set out in functional management plans and the facilitation and delivery of performance reporting and reviews.
  • Contributes with the delivery of stakeholder & communications service methodologies.
  • Works with team members providing operational delivery of team/regional strategy.
  • Provides supervision and/or guidance to other team members.
  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
  • Responsible for being the point of contact to all primary & secondary schools, scheduled visits to all schools to understand what support we can give, curriculum-based activities, STEAM type activity days etc.
  • Gather data from visits to understand what support is needed and what schools are missing to help inspire or support (ie resources, kit etc).
  • Produce a schedule/programme for the facility to deliver activities based on the data (biweekly visits).
  • Familiarise themselves with what resources we have already and what gaps we have and what new resources need to be purchased etc
  • Support the E&M work experience programme.
  • Prepare itinerary for each visit, based on data and get all resources ready (kit and people).
  • Responsible for feedback sessions, collate date and feedback to core team.
  • Reset all the kits after each event, replace any broken etc.
  • Support all other facility Events in and out of facility (professional events etc).
  • Support all facility communications.

You'll need to have:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to be part of a high performing team.
  • Articulate and has potential to assimilate information quickly.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills and potential ability to form effective working relationships.
  • Potential to be able to effectively collaborate with others.
  • Potential to be able to learn how to articulate complex information and ideas for a non-technical audience.

  • Some basic/introductory experience supporting the delivery of Stakeholder & Communications Services.
