Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant Certification: Possess a recognized qualification in Resilience, Business Continuity, Risk Management, or a related discipline, or demonstrate equivalent experience.
  • Program Development Experience: Proven track record in establishing Business Continuity programs aligned with ISO22301 or resilience frameworks aligned with ISO22316 in a corporate or regulated context.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to identify and engage key stakeholders effectively, fostering strong partnerships to achieve organizational goals.
  • Performance Evaluation: Experience in facilitating audits and reviews of business continuity and resilience initiatives, with a focus on ongoing enhancement.
  • Best Practices Knowledge: Strong grasp of enterprise resilience and business continuity best practices.
  • Industry Familiarity: Knowledge of standards and frameworks in Enterprise Resilience, Business Continuity, and Emergency Management, particularly in regulated sectors.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficient in project management methodologies, with experience in supporting significant projects and initiatives.
  • Technical Documentation: Capable of drafting procedures, reports, and providing clear guidance to team members.
  • Effective Communication: Skilled in delivering presentations and training sessions to diverse audiences across the organization.
