In this essential position, you will take a proactive approach in supporting significant short-term and long-term initiatives, contributing to the organization’s vision of becoming an exemplary workplace. You will manage Human Resource functions across two divisions, working collaboratively to establish a comprehensive HR framework. Your duties will include overseeing daily operations, assisting with a range of casework, managing TUPE processes, and leading strategic HR initiatives, while providing insightful counsel to the management team. Your objective is to synchronize HR activities with the overarching business goals, nurturing a positive and engaging workplace environment where employees can thrive.
The ideal candidate will have a proven history of successfully designing and implementing HR initiatives for diverse and multifaceted workforces.
