About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR and Resourcing Professional to join our team as a Senior Recruitment and Retention Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing key recruitment, resourcing, and retention strategies to support the growth and development of our organization.

As a Senior Recruitment and Retention Specialist, you will work closely with senior managers and operational teams to provide guidance and support on strategic resourcing and workforce initiatives. You will also be responsible for contributing to workforce planning, resourcing options, and implementing strategic HR procedures.

We are looking for a candidate with strong technical knowledge and experience in recruitment, resourcing, and retention. You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment and retention strategies, and be able to support the quality assurance and benchmarking of our approach to effective initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement key recruitment, resourcing, and retention strategies to support the growth and development of the organization
  • Work closely with senior managers and operational teams to provide guidance and support on strategic resourcing and workforce initiatives
  • Contribute to workforce planning, resourcing options, and implementing strategic HR procedures
  • Support the quality assurance and benchmarking of our approach to effective initiatives
