About the role

As a Business Analyst you will conduct effective analysis to clarify, define or evaluate business problems, opportunities or requirements for change in a manner which supports the identification of solutions which deliver value to the Client's business within the chosen methodology (SAFE Framework)

You will use influencing, negotiation & communication skills to challenge business requirements where appropriate to ensure that solutions developed are viable within the operating environment and are focused on delivering the anticipated benefits. You will also support the effective management of change by providing clear insight into the business' readiness to change and the impacts to people, processes and systems

Experience of working in an Iterative or Agile delivery environment, and standard project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure, Trello and Perform would be an advantage.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate

  • Hands-on experience in Business Requirements Analysis, Requirement gathering, Business Process Design, Use Cases, User Stories, Product Backlog, MOSCOW Prioritization, Process Mapping, Screen Mock Ups and Activity Diagrams
  • Experience in conducting agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog elaboration and sprint retrospectives
  • Understanding of Agile and SAFe, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), UX/UI, Behaviour Driven Development (BDD), Test Driven Development(TDD) and DevOps
  • Understanding of Cloud Transformation and Cloud Technologies, Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Technical Architecture and Digital Product Implementation
  • Business driven, good presentation and good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Conversant with JIRA, Confluence and good process mapping skills
