About the Organization and Role

Specializing in content management and advanced automation technologies, this organization collaborates with various technology providers to create and implement solutions that drive business success. They are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join their Delivery Team, working alongside other Analysts and Solutions Architects throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in pre-discovery and statement of work processes
  • Proven ability to assess, analyze, and enhance processes
  • Adaptability to manage multiple projects and clients
  • Proficient in multitasking across various Business Analyst functions
  • Extensive documentation skills
  • Capability to articulate requirements at both high and detailed levels, translating them into technical specifications
  • Experience in process mapping, group facilitation, data collection, and analysis throughout the project lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to lead requirement workshops and training sessions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse team
  • Leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Public Sector
  • Knowledge of RPA and Process Automation
  • Familiarity with Document Management Systems, such as M-Files
  • Understanding of Intelligent Automation and Workflow design
  • Experience in developing and executing change management strategies
