Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in marketing analytics, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.

  • Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years in the industry, including at least 4 years specializing in Marketing Cloud and 2 years in a Business Analyst capacity.
  • CRM Expertise: Proficient in Telco CRM systems.
  • Client Interaction: Capable of engaging with clients to gather and clarify requirements related to Salesforce.
  • Requirements Analysis: Skilled in analyzing client needs and recommending out-of-the-box standard functionalities.
  • Documentation: Responsible for drafting User Stories and collaborating with design and development teams.
  • Demonstrations: Presenting solutions and functionalities to stakeholders.
  • Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communication Cloud (Vlocity) is advantageous.
  • Tools: Experience with JIRA and Confluence is required.
  • Methodology: Well-versed in Agile project management practices.
  • Certification: Salesforce certification is a must.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in German is essential.
