Lockton Companies is enhancing its Business Technology division and is in search of a skilled professional to refine and elevate the services offered. In the role of Business Analyst, you will engage with essential stakeholders to collect and articulate business requirements aimed at improving digital workflows within our suite of applications.

Core Responsibilities

  • Engage with business leaders to pinpoint technological deficiencies and outline requirements for development.
  • Evaluate and enhance current business functionalities and processes.
  • Collaborate with technical leads and vendors to prioritize and execute requirements.
  • Oversee the development lifecycle from identifying business needs to delivering effective solutions.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide necessary support and training.
  • Champion change and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the team.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the insurance and reinsurance sectors
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Capability to analyze and convert business needs into actionable requirements
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and system implementation processes
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach
  • Able to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team
