As a Healthcare Business Analyst within Wipro's Domain & Consulting Business Line, you will collaborate with a team that excels in execution while actively driving transformative changes for our clients.

Wipro is dedicated to assisting organizations globally in transforming their operations to provide exceptional experiences for their stakeholders. Within the Domain and Consulting (D&C) sector, we tackle customer challenges using advanced technologies such as Cloud, AI, 5G, and robotic automation.

In your role as a Healthcare Business Analyst within the Insurance Practice, you will be instrumental in revolutionizing the insurance sector through enhanced digital customer experiences and comprehensive business transformation.

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a Healthcare Business Analyst to support a Health Modernization Program with a prominent UK insurer, focusing on a significant transition in Insurance Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering requirements and defining project scope
  • Mapping and understanding insurance processes and value chains
  • Collecting data to improve systems and processes
  • Identifying challenges and opportunities for enhancing business models
  • Developing recommendations and business cases
  • Conducting impact analysis for technology alignment
  • Supporting the development of business requirements
  • Performing impact assessments and managing risks
Essential Skills/Experience:
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in portal transformation, ideally within Health Insurance
  • Understanding of insurance processes and value chains
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Quick comprehension of business processes
