Position: Healthcare Systems Analyst

Location: Westminster

Rate: £400 per day (umbrella)

Company: Novax Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking a Healthcare Systems Analyst in Westminster. This role is a contract position with potential for extension, requiring full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data analytics to ensure that services are user-friendly, accessible, and straightforward. Develop and implement research and data collection strategies to comprehend user requirements, including considerations for digital accessibility.
  • Conduct research with end users, including internal stakeholders.
  • Create and manage a backlog of tasks throughout the product lifecycle, collaborating with your team to convert user needs into actionable user stories.
  • Lead investigations into service deficiencies and obstacles, providing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Take ownership of crafting user stories; establish success metrics and definitions of completion; collaborate with team members to progress stories through the backlog; contribute to the product vision and define the scope of minimum viable products (MVPs) and value releases.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Essential: Proven experience with Orchard systems (analytical).
  • Proficient in applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies to achieve designated outcomes.
  • Experience as a business analyst, ideally within a public sector environment.
