Client Details

This firm is a large full service law firm with a great reputation. The Corporate practice is one of the largest teams in Yorkshire and they are ranked as a tier 1 practice by the directories. The firm has offers hybrid working and has recently introduced a new benefits policy to include great bonuses and car schemes.

Description

The Corporate Legal Director will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

  • Managing deals including International M & A, Private Equity, capital markets and reorganisations
  • Supporting and training junior lawyers in the team
  • Working closely with the Partners in the team
  • Maintaining existing clients relationships
  • Playing an active role in business development

Profile

The successful Corporate Legal Director should have:

  • A background in Corporate law gained from a large regional, national or international law firm
  • Experience in managing a team
  • An interest in business development
  • A track record of managing M & A and PE deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary of between £90,000 and £120,000 per year
