Vasto Legal Recruitment is collaborating with a prestigious international law firm to fill a managerial role within their corporate division. This position will focus on overseeing a dedicated team of legal support professionals, delivering vital assistance to the firm's esteemed Corporate practice.

Position Overview:

The Corporate department is expanding, and there is a need for a Non-Fee Earning Team Leader.

The primary duty is to supervise the M&A due diligence sub-team and contribute to the growth and enhancement of the firm's comprehensive Due Diligence services.

The ideal candidate will manage a team of legal professionals while ensuring exceptional service delivery to the Corporate Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Non-fee earning position (37.5 hours per week) based in the corporate division
  • Combination of remote and office work
  • Support role for a global law firm
  • Overseeing a small team of support personnel within the Corporate Group

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-8 years PQE preferred
  • Highly organized, professional, and an effective communicator
  • Experience in Corporate Law with a solid understanding of the M&A and Corporate Due Diligence processes

Compensation: £60k – £70k based on experience and qualifications, plus bonus opportunities.
