We are working with an international law firm to fill a support function and managerial position within their Leeds office. The role will involve managing a small team of legal support staff, providing essential support to the firm's top-quality and highly regarded Corporate offering.

The Role:

The Corporate team is undergoing further growth, and we are looking to appoint a Non-Fee Earning Team Manager to lead the M&A due diligence sub-team and assist in the development and expansion of the firm's wider Due Diligence offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pool of legal staff, ensuring a high-quality service to the firm's Corporate Practice.
  • Lead the M&A due diligence sub-team and contribute to the development of the firm's Due Diligence offering.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with ideally 2-8 years PQE.
  • Organised, professional, and an excellent communicator.
  • Corporate Law experience and understanding of the M&A/Corporate Due Diligence process.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £60k - £70k depending on level and experience, plus bonus opportunities.
